文章阐述了医院学科群建设概念及内涵,深入探讨了优势学科群建设的意义,介绍了无锡市第二人民医院以重点学(专)科为龙头、以新技术为依托、以疾病诊治链为纽带建立优势学科群的做法及成效,加强优势学科群建设对于发挥学科间合力、促进学科发展、提高医疗服务能力具有重要意义。
The article explains the concept and connotation of the discipline group development in the ihospital, and discusses the significance of the development of a group of advantageous disciplines. It introduces the methods and effects in the develop- ment of a group of advantageous disciplines with the key disciplines as the leader, based on new technologies, and by taking disease diagnosis and treatment as a bond in the anthor＇s hospital. It is of important significance to intensify the development of a group of advantageous disciplines in giving full play the collaboration of various disciplines, promoting discipline progress and upgrading the capability of medical services.
