介绍该医院优势学科群建设经验和做法 ,阐明学科建设是医院建设和发展中一项长期和根本性的战略任务。大型综合性医院的学科建设 ,首先要在高起点上定位 ,制定学科发展目标 ,理清发展思路 ,把握学科发展领域 ,突出主攻方向 ;其次在高起点上夯基 ;再次是在人才培养上下功夫 ,在条件建设上下本钱 ,在机制创新上下气力。巩固发展重点学科 ,促进新兴学科发展 ,形成优势学科群 ,使学科布局更加合理 。
The author illustrated the subject construction is a long term fundamental task for the development of hospital by introducing experiences in building groups of major subjects in Changhai hospital.
