摘要
目的 :建立利水消肿口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法 :聚酰胺柱分离纯化 ,采用苯基柱 ,四氢呋喃 -水 (2 5∶75)为流动相 (磷酸调 p H=3 ) ,检测波长为 2 70 nm。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .3 % ,RSD为 2 .0 %。结论 :该方法分离良好 。
Objective: To establish the content determine method of ic arlin in Li Shui Xiao Zhong Oral Liquid. Methods: Polyamide column extraction, HPLC was performed t o determine icarlin on Intersil column, using tetar hydrofuran water (25∶75) a s mobile phase, detection wavelength at 270 nm. Results: The linearity of this method was good (r=0.99 9 9). The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 100.3% and 2 .0%, respectively. Conclusion: This method shows good separating degree and c an be used for quality control of Li Shui Xiao Zhong Oral Liquid.
