摘要
目的建立白芥子不同炮制品中芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为HypersilBDS苯基柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以乙腈-0.08mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长240nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果芥子碱硫氰酸盐进样量在0.8~4.0μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均回收率为100.98%(RSD=3.51%)。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于白芥子炮制品的质量控制。
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the assay of sinapine thiocyanate in Semen Sinapis Albae of different processed products. Methods It was assayed by RP-HPLC. The column was Hypersil BDS Phenyl (5 μm, 250 mm×4.6 mm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.08 mol/L KH2PO4 (15 : 85). The UV detection wavelength was 240 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results Good linearity of sinapine thiocyanate was showed within the range of 0.8~4.0 μg (r =0.9997). The average recovery was 100.98% (RSD=3.51%). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and good reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Semen Sinapis Albae of different processed products.
