摘要
目的 :建立大力神口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法 :用高效液相法测定 ,选用YWG C18分析柱 (4 .6mm×2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 水 (70∶30 ) ;检测波长 :2 70nm ,流速 :1.0ml·min-1,柱温 :室温。结果 :本法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好 ,线性范围 0 .2 5 5～ 1.785 μg(γ =0 .9999) ,平均回收率 99.1%RSD =0 .9%。结论 :该方法可用于大力神口服液中淫羊藿苷的质量控制标准。
Objective: To determine icariin in Zhonghuadelishen. Method: A selected YWG C 18 was used ( 4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) by HPLC. The mobile phase was CH 3OH-H 2O(70∶30). A detecting wavelength was at 270 nm. Result: A linearity range was within 0.255- 1.785 μg(r= 0.999 9. The average recovery was 99.1%, RSD= 0.86%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable with good repeatability, and can be used for the quality control of this oral liquid.
