摘要
本文报道了用ＨＰＬＣ７法测定中成药消肿片中剧毒成分士的宁含量。色谱条件是，氰基柱，甲醇－水－三乙胺－乙酸为流动相，紫外检测波长２５４ｎｍ，用外标法定量。ＲＳＤ＝１．７０％（ｎ＝６）加样回收率９９．７％，精密度、准确度均较理想。
A HPLC method was developed for the determination of Strychnine contined in detumescence table.The analysis was carried out using ultrasphereTM-cyano column (5μm.4.6 × 15mm). The mobile phase consists of methanol-water-aceticacid-triethylamine(9800:155: 30: 15).flow rate was 1.0ml/ min, Detection was done spectrophotometracally at 254um. The average recovery rate of strychnine was 99.7%. Rsd = 1 .70(n = 6).
