摘要
目的:测定清开灵注射液中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶填充剂,流动相为甲醇:水:冰醋酸,检测波长为274nm,结果平均加样回收率为100.2％;结论:方法简便,快速,灵敏度高,可用于清开灵注射液中黄芩苷的含量控制。
Objective:To establish a method of quantitative analysis of baicalin in qing kai ling injection. Method:To determine the Content of baicalin in qing kai ling injection by HPLC, using a column packed with C18 and a mixture of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase,detection wavelength is 274nm. Result: The mean recoveries of baicalin were 100. 2%. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reliable.
