摘要
用蔗糖作原料,经水解生成转化糖(等量的葡萄糖和果糖),再经钼酸铵转化成葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖的混合物。RaneyNi粉电极做阴极,DSA(钌/钛)电极做阳极在隔膜电解槽中电解还原制取甘露醇、山梨醇,考察了pH、电流密度、总糖浓度、温度和通电量等因素对电解还原反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件为:总糖浓度0 50mol/L、电流密度3 0A/dm2、pH=9、θ=35℃、通电量1 3F/mol。转化率可达84%,总醇中甘露醇质量分数为46%。在阴极同时得到两种产品(甘露醇和山梨醇),甘露醇含量显著地增加。
Hydrolysis of sucrose gave fructose and glucose,which by epimerization with ammonium molybdate formed a mixture of fructose,glucose and mannose and was used for electroreduction in a membrane cell with Raney Ni powder as cathode and DSA(Ru/Ti) anode.The optimum operating conditions were 0.50 mol/L of sugars,pH=9,θ=35 ℃,current density of 3.0 A/dm2 and electric quantity of 1.3 F/mol.The conversion could be as high as 84%.Mannitol and sorbtiol were obtained simultaneously at the cathode and the mole percentage of mannitol amounted to 46%.
