摘要
采用阴极转动分隔式电解槽,研究了硫酸电解液中硝基苯电解合成对氨基苯酚(PAP)过程中诸因素的影响.研究表明,PAP的收率和反应速率与阴极材料、硫酸浓度、电流密度、阴极转动速率、硝基苯浓度以及助剂等因素有关.
This paper presents a method of preparing PAP by the electrolytic reduction of Nitrobenzene in a sulfuric acid, agueous reaction medium containing a surfactant, by electrolytic reduction at a rotating cathode. The main factors which affect the electrolytic synthesis are the material of cathode, the concentration of sulfuric acid, Nitrobenzene, and sulfactant, the kind of sulfactant, the current density, and the rotating speed of the cathode.
