摘要
分析和研究了在特殊斜入射条件下的光栅衍射现象 。
The phenomenon of grating diffraction in special condition is analyzed and studied, and system error which is caused by peculiar oblique incidence, and is not considered in the experiment of using grating to measure wavelength,is also clarified.
