摘要
分析了用分光计测量光栅常数时 ,由于垂直入射条件未得到满足导致的光栅常数测量误差 ,讨论了给定误差范围时允许的偏离程度。
The error is studied when measuring the grating coefficient by spectrometer.This error is caused by the no-vertical incidence of parallel light.The permitting departure extent is also discussed when the error range is certain.
