摘要
目的 :研究碘化油Beagle犬肝动脉注射的安全性。方法 :Beagle犬肝动脉内单次注射碘化油0 .38、0 .75和 1.5 0ml·kg-1剂量 ,观察给药后 1mon内动物一般症状、血液学、血液生化学、心电图、眼科、尿常规的改变及重要组织器官病理学变化。结果 :碘化油对肝、脾、肺、肾等多个脏器有毒性反应 ,中毒剂量小于 0 .38ml·kg-1,1.5ml·kg-1剂量可导致动物在 2 4h内死亡。结论 :碘化油肝动脉内栓塞可导致多个重要脏器 (肝、脾、肺、肾 )的毒性反应。
AIM: To study the safety of lipiodol injected through hep at ic artery in Beagle dogs. METHODS: Beagle dogs were injected wit h lipiodol 0.38 , 0.75 and 1.50 ml·kg -1 through hepatic arter ies. The changes of generic symptom, haematological, biochemical, ECG, ophthalmo logical, urine and pathologic profile of organs were measured within one month a fter the treatment. RESULTS: Lipiodol showed toxicity to the liv er, spleen, lung and kidney etc. Toxic dose was less than 0.38 ml·kg -1 , a dose of 1.5 ml·kg -1 could cause death in 24 h. CONCLUSI ON: Injection of lipiodol through hepatic artery can cause toxicity re action of multiple important organs.
