摘要
资源外包作为一个新兴的研究领域,倍受理论界与实践界的青睐。本文从资源外包的内涵界定,结构特性,外包企业的资源层级,资源外包目标以及资源外包与企业绩效等几个方面评述了国内外资源外包的研究进展,以期为该领域的研究建立理论研究框架。
As a newly emerged research fields, outsourcing has catch lo ts of atte ntion from both theoretical and practical area. The paper reviews the develop tr end of outsourcing on definition, structure characteristics, objectiv e, the rela tion of outsourcing and corporate performance, in order that it will play a grea t role in setting up outsourcing theory research framework.
