摘要 用萝卜雄性不育株带子叶的茎段为外植体,研究了激素浓度和配比以及继代次数对其组培快繁的影响。结果表明,在激素组成为6-BA(4mg/L)+NAA(0.4mg/L)时不定芽发生率最高,以6-BA(4mg/L)+NAA(0.2mg/L)的激素配比不定芽数/外植体最高;随着继代次数的增多,不定芽发生率及增殖系数先上升,而后下降;继代后期提高6-BA/NAA的比例可改善不定芽发生率和增殖系数。 Studies on micropropagation of radish were carried out on CMS lines A1. The results showed that high frequency of adventitious shoot could be gotten by using the tip of stem with cotyledon as explants. For adventitious shoot genesis, the optimum medium was base medium with 6-BA(4mg/L) + NAA (0. 4mg/L). Medium supplemented 6-BA 4mg/L + NAA 0. 2mg/L was optimum for the number of regenerated shoots per explant. Enhancing the rate of 6-BA/NAA was essential for keeping high frequency of adventitious shoot after several times of subculture.
