摘要
植物生长调节剂对植物愈伤组织的诱导与分化过程具有重要作用.用于愈伤组织诱导与分化的植物生长调节剂通常为2,4-D、NAA、6-BA等.研究结果表明,同一种植物生长调节剂的不同浓度及不同植物生长调节剂间的配比对植物愈伤组织的诱导与分化产生重要影响.本文对几种植物生长调节剂在植物愈伤组织的诱导与分化过程中的影响作用进行了讨论.
The plant growth regulators play important roles in induction and differentiation of plant callus.Several kinds of plant growth regulators, such as 2,4-D,NAA,6-BA and KT et al. are usually used. It was shown that the amount of one plant growth regulator, and the proper proportion among the plant growth regulators, has very influences on the induction and differentiation of plant callus. And the functions of several kinds of plant growth regulators in the induction and differentiation of plant callus are also discussed in this article.
