空气钻井钻杆接头处流场及失效分析 被引量:2

摘要 空气钻井因效率高、钻速快而被广泛应用于油气田开采,但高速气流在钻杆内的颤振及漩涡冲蚀易导致钻杆的失效与断裂,尤其是钻杆公母接头内不连续处。国内外学者大都从有限元角度研究钻杆自身的应力分布,而对杆内流体流动对钻杆接头应力荷载方面的研究甚少。笔者基于计算流体动力学方法,建立了空气钻井钻杆接头处流场的数学模型,通过数值模拟研究,得出了不同深度钻杆接头处的压强、流速及剪切应力分布。 Air drilling has attracted much attention for its significant characteristics,such as fast rate of penetration (ROP) ,low cost,etc. However,high-speed air flow in the drill pipe easily leads to failure and fracture of the drill pipe with the flutter and vortex erosion,especially the drill pipe box and pin. Most scholars studied the stress distribution in the drill pipe from the perspective of the finite element. While few research on the flow stress loading on the drill pipe joints. Based on the computation fluid dynamics theory,the mathematical model was built and the flow properties in drill pipe joints were simulated. The distributions of pressure,velocity and shear stress were obtained. The results are helpful for designing the drilling parameters and joint structure and selecting material of the joints.
