含水舰用汽轮机油的润滑性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用四球摩擦磨损试验机和环-块摩擦磨损试验机测定不同含水量舰用汽轮机油的润滑性能,分析磨斑表面形貌和元素组成。结果表明,舰用汽轮机油的润滑性能随含水量增多而降低,但含水量较小时润滑性能变化不大,磨斑表面光滑、擦伤小,表面和亚表面氧元素含量也较小;含水量较大时润滑性能显著变差,磨斑表面粗糙、擦伤大,表面和亚表面氧元素含量较大,腐蚀磨损较严重。 Lubrication performances of the naval vessel turbine oil with different water contents were examined on a four-ball friction tester and a ring-on-block friction tester. The topographies and element compositions of the worn surfaces were analyzed. The results indicated that the lubricity of the naval vessel turbine oil decreased with increasing water contents. High water contents decreased the lubricity of the naval vessel turbine oil remarkably. The worn surfaces lubricated with naval vessel turbine oil containing lower water contents seem to be much smoother and contain lower amounts of oxygen than those lubricated with naval vessel turbine oil containing higher water contents,which creates obvious corrosive wear.
