摘要
目的:研究调神益肾针法对更年期大鼠卵巢芳香化醇细胞色素P450(P450_(AROM))mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用组织细胞原位杂交技术,辅以计算机图像分析。结果:更年期大鼠卵巢窦状卵泡、成熟黄体细胞中P450_(AROM)mRNA的表达减弱,间质腺细胞中的表达则基本维持正常;经针刺干预后,这些部位尤其是窦状卵泡、成熟黄体该酶mRNA的表达明显增强。结论:促进卵巢P450_(AROM)mRNA的表达,有利于增加雌激素合成限速酶的含量,这可能是调神益肾针法升高体内雌激素水平的分子机制之一。安徽中医学院临床医学二系,合肥市梅山路103号(230038) 天津中医学院第一附属医院安徽中医学院临床医学二系.合肥市梅山路103号(230038)
Objective: To study the effect of needling method for regulating mental activity and tonifying the kidney on expression of aroma-tizase cytochrome P450 (P450 arom) in climacteric rats. Methods: Hybridization in situ and computer-aided image analysis were adopted. Results: Expression of P450 arom mRNA in cells of sinusoidal follicles and the mature corpu luteum of the ovary decreased and in the interstitial adenocytes basically kept normal in climacteric rats. After acupuncture, expression of P450 arom mRNA in these parts particularly in the sinusoidal follicle and the mature corpus luteum were significantly strengthened. Conclusion: Promotion of expression of P450 arom mRNA in the ovary is beneficial to increase of the content of rate-limiting enzyme for synthesis of estrin. which is possibly one of molecular mechanisms of the needling method for regulating mental activity and tonifying the kidney increasing estrin level in the body.
