摘要
通过文献检索与分析,总结调神针法治疗尿失禁(UI)的相关作用机制及临床应用。得出调神针法治疗UI可能是通过调节中枢及周围神经系统功能,改善膀胱逼尿肌和尿道括约肌的协调性;缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等负面心理状态;调控相关激素水平,促进排尿功能恢复。调神针法作为一种安全有效的中医特色疗法,通过多靶点、多途径的作用机制改善UI症状,在成人UI和小儿遗尿治疗中均展现出良好的应用前景,也为调神针法治疗UI的临床应用提供理论依据和实践指导。
Through literature retrieval and analysis,this study explores the related mechanisms and clinical applications of mind-regulating needling in the treatment of urinary incontinence(UI).It summarizes that mind-regulating needling in the treatment of UI,may work by regulating functions of the central and peripheral nervous systems to enhance coordination between the detrusor and urethral sphincter muscles;alleviating negative psychological states such as anxiety and depression;and modulating relevant hormone levels to promote urinary function recovery.As a safe and effective Chinese medicine therapy,mind-regulating needling addresses UI through multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms,demonstrating significant potential for both adult UI and infantile enuresis treatment.This review provides a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for its clinical applications.
