摘要
目的:探讨针灸对去卵巢大鼠骨密度、骨强度及超微结构的影响。方法:12月龄雌性SD大鼠60只,造模后随机分为5组,进行骨密度、骨强度及超微结构的检测。结果:与同期假手术组比较,模型组骨丢失率为13.7%,雌二醇组为5.2%,针刺组为6.7%,艾灸组为8.8%;骨应力假手术组与模型组比较差异显著(t=2.306,P<0.05),而假手术组、雌二醇组、针刺组及艾灸组4组间无显著差异。模型组骨基质密度深浅不一,骨纤维排列稀疏,核固缩,骨陷窝明显扩大,嗜锇板层增厚。经治疗的模型鼠,多数区域骨基质密度均匀,基质中较幼稚的骨细胞明显增多,胞浆内见较多粗面内质网,成骨细胞可见稍增多,周围有类骨质生成,其中以针刺组为优。结论:针灸能延缓骨丢失,改善骨强度和超微结构的作用。
AIM:To investigate the influence of acupuncture on the bone mineral density(BMD),bone strength and ultrastructure in ovariectomized rats. METHODS:Sixty female SD rats aged 12 months were randomly divided into five groups after model establishment,then BMD,bone strength and ultrastructure were detected. RESULTS:Compared with the sham operated group at the same period, bone loss rates were 13.7%,5.2%,6.7%and 8.8%in the model group,estradiol group,acupuncture group and moxibustion group,respectively.The bone stress between the sham operated group and the model group was significantly different(t=2.306,P< 0.05),however,there was no significant difference among the sham operated,estradiol,acupuncture and moxibustion group.The degree of bone matrix in the model group was not well distributed,the bone fiber alignment was sparse,cell nucleus became pyknosis,and bone lacuna extended obviously,at the same time the layers of philo osmium became thickening.After treatment,density of the bone matrix in the most areas was well distributed,immature bone cell in the bone matrix increased obviously,and the more rough endoplasmic reticulum was observed in the cytoplasma,and the number of osteoblast increased slightly,osteoid tissue was generated in its surrounding,and the results in the acupuncture group was the best among the five groups. CONCLUSION:Acupuncture and moxibustion can delay bone loss,improve bone strength and bone ultrastructure.
