摘要
目的 :建立药品薄层色谱快速鉴别方法 ,用于基层药品监督检验单位伪劣药品的初筛。方法 :经过最简单的样品处理 ,采用硅胶 GF2 54 薄层板 ,以醋酸乙酯、无水乙醇为主制成酸性、碱性和中性 3种不同的展开剂 ,在 2 5 4nm波长处检测。结果 :百余种化学药品及部分抗生素、中药品种显示出良好的 Rf值。结论 :本方法简单、易行、快速 ,经十余个基层药品检验所考查复核 ,认为能够满足基层单位可疑药品的初筛工作 ,有较强的推广价值。
Objective: To establish a Rapid Identify method of TLC which would allow a practical analysis in the field so that counterfeit and substandard drugs can be monitored and identified at earlier stages of distribution. Method: Using easily available equipment and simple sample preparations. Using GF 254 plate developed with three reagents respectively and detected with 254 nm ultraviolet light Result: There were good Rf values in hundreds of some chemical drugs, partial antibiotics and some Chinese tranditional medicines. Conclusion: A commercial available thin-layer plate can be used. The method is rapid and simple which is useful to against the counterfeit and substandard drugs.
