摘要
目的建立中成药中雌酮、已烯雌酚、炔雌醇和雌二醇4种激素的快速鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC),吸附剂为硅胶G,展开剂为氯仿-正己烷-丙酮(10∶9∶2),显色剂为磷钼酸试剂。结果 4种雌激素的Rf值分别为0.67、0.53、0.48和0.39。结论新建方法选择性强、灵敏度高、可靠且准确,可以作为中成药中雌激素非法添加检测的有效方法。
Objective To develop a thin-layer chromatography（TLC）method for the qualitative detection of estrogenic hormone illegally added into Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）. Methods The TLC method was used for qualitative determination of four common added estrogenic hormones.The organic extract of the TCM preparations was analyzed on the thin layer plate of silica gel G.The developing agent was chloroform-n-hexane-acetone（10∶9∶2）.The developer was the test solution of sonnenschein＇s reagent. Results Rf values of the four estrogens were 0.67,0.53,0.48 and 0.39. Conclusion The method is selective,sensitive,reliable and accurate,and it can be used to detect estrogenic hormone illegally added into TCM.
