摘要
利用自花授粉后形成的花粉管通道将海岸耐盐植物红树总DNA导入番茄,其后代(D1、D2)受到NaCl的胁迫减弱,转化植株表现出一定的耐盐性.
The total DNA of salt tolerance plant-Rhizophora apiculata was introduced into tomoto(Lycopersicon esculentum Miller)via the pollen tubes formed after selfpollination of tomoto.It showed that the influences of NaCl stress on the progenies (D1?D2) of tomoto were lower than those on the control plants,and the transformed plants manifested a certain salt tolerance.
