摘要
关于苔藓植物染色体的研究,已有近一个世纪的历史.角苔类染色体数目多为n=6,苔类多为n=8～10,藓类多为n=5,6,7及其倍数.在核型分析中,一般用V,J,I表示染色体形态,H,h表示异染色体,,小型染色体用v,j,i,m表示.我国对苔藓植物染色体的研究刚刚起步,核型方面尚属空白.
The study on chromosome of Bryophytes has a history of nearly one century. Chromosome numbers reported for the majority of
anthoceratae are n = 6, Hepaticae are n = 8-10, Mosses are n = 5,6,7 and multiples of
these. In the karyotype analysis, the symbols always used in chromosome types
are V.J. I. H. h symbolize heterochromosome. v. j. i. and m symbolize smaller
chromosome types. At present the study of chromosomes of Bryophytes in
China just starts and there is a gap on the study of karyotype.
