摘要
首次报道了国家二级保护植物观光木（ＴｓｏｏｎｇｉｏｄｅｎｄｒｏｎｏｄｏｒｕｍＣｈｕｎ木兰科）的核型并进行分析．结果表明：Ｋ（２ｎ）＝３８＝２８ｍ（Ｍ）＋１０ｓｍ，根据Ｓｔｅｂｂｉｎｓ的染色体核型的不对称性类型，观光木染色体属于“２Ａ”
Tsoongiodendron odorum Chun is one of the national protected plants in the second grade.The chromosome karyotype of the species is reported here for the frist time.The karyotype formula is k(2n)=38=28m(M)+10sm.It belongs to “2A” type of Stebbins karyotypic symmetry.
