摘要
目的测定固定正畸患者不同矫治时期龈沟液(GCF)中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)的含量,探索固定矫治器对牙周组织的影响。方法随机抽取口腔正畸科门诊牙拥挤错牙合患者31例。采用酶联法检测GCF中sICAM-1的含量,分析GCF的量与sICAM-1含量在矫治过程中的变化关系。结果与矫治前1周比较,矫治过程中GCF的量与sICAM-1的含量均有不同程度的上升趋势。结论正畸过程中固定矫治器对牙周组织的健康有影响。此外,sICAM-1的检测可用于监测固定正畸过程中患者的牙周健康状况。
Objective To investigate the le vels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)shed into the gingival crevicular fluid(GCF)of31malocclusion cases,who received fixed appliances ortho dontic treatment in period of pre-treatment,1,4,8weeks of treatment.To determine if the fixed appliance will affect the periodontal health.Methods The soluble i ntercellular adhesion molecule-1in gingival crevicular fluid carefully collected with standardized filter strips from31patients with fixed appliance were measur ed,using an ELISA technique.The relation between the level of GCF and sICAM-1du ring treatment was analyzed.Results After one week of treatment,the levels of sI CAM-1in GCF increased significantly.Conclusions Using fixed appliances will affe ct the periodontal health.The levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1in GCF can be used as an efficient method for monitoring periodontal health dur ing orthodontic treatment.
