摘要
固定正畸中带环是支抗牙通常选择的矫治器的重要组成部分。现在由于粘接技术的提高,颊面管的使用逐渐普及。现在用国际公认的方法检测使用带环的支抗牙和使用颊面管的支抗牙的菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)以观察卫生情况,对所得客观数据进行统计学处理。结果显示使用带环和颊面管均可导致支抗牙菌斑附着增加,可以暂时或永久地影响支抗牙的牙周组织健康；但颊面管的影响要小得多,应尽可能在固定正畸中使用颊面管。
Inspect the anchorage molars with band and the anchorage molars with buccal tube with dental plaque index and gum index and then statistically process the objective data obtained. The results show that both wearing band and wearing buccal tube lead to dental plaque. The influence is less worse on the the anchorage molars with buccal tube.
