介绍英国高等教育拨款委员会对高校科技工作进行评估的方法。联系我国政府、媒体、研究人员对高校科技工作的评估 ,在专家成员的组成、定量与定性的关系、评估对象的规模、评估结果的分等以及评估有效期等方面 ,其科学性都值得借鉴。在比较研究的基础上 。
It introduces evaluation methods on S&T work in high institution sponsored by England Appropriate Funds Committee of High Education. Connection the evatuation on S&T work in high institution made by Chinese government,media bodies,and research personnel in the aspects of composition of experts,quantitative and qualitative relation,size of evaluated objects,classification of evaluation results,validity period of evaluation and etc. On this bace,it puts authors own opinion on this work.
