柳兰中多元酚类化学成份研究 被引量:31

Chemical Study on Chamaenerion Angustifolium(L.)Scop.

摘要 目的 研究柳叶菜科植物柳兰Chamaenerionangustifolium(L .)Scop全草的化学成分。 方法 采用DiaionHP 2 0 (Tsk)、ToyopearlHW 4 0 (C)、MCIgelCHP 2 0P(Mitsubishi)柱层析分离 ,经理化和波谱分析确定化学结构。 结果 从柳兰全草 70 %丙酮提取物中分得 4个多元酚化合物 ,分别鉴定为 1 氧 没食子酰基 4 ,6 六羟基联苯甲酰基 β D 吡喃型葡萄糖 (1 O galloy 1 4 ,6 HHDP β D glucopyranose ,I)、1,6 2 氧 没食子酰基 β D 吡喃型葡萄糖 (1,6 di O galloyl β D glucopyranose ,Ⅱ )、氯原酸 (3 O caffeoyl -quinicacid ,Ⅲ )、没食子酸 (gallicacid ,Ⅳ )。 结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。 Objective Chemical study on Chamaenerion angustifolium(L.)Scop.Methods Isolation by Diaion HP?20(Tsk)、Toyopearl HW?40(C)、MCl gel CHP?20P(Mitsubishi) column chromatography and identification of the structures by physiochemical and spectral methods.Results 4 tannins and related polyphenolic compounds were isolated with 70% Acetone from the air?dried section of Chamaenerion angustifolium(L.) Scop.By chemical and spectral method,they were identified as1?O?galloy1?4,6?HHDP?β?D?glucopyranose I 1,6?di?O?galloy1?β?D?glucopyranose Ⅱ、3?O?caffeoyl?quinic acid Ⅲ、gallic acid Ⅳ.Conclusion These compounds were all seperated from this plant for the first time.
