摘要
用毛细管气相色谱—质谱联用的方法从花椒挥发油中鉴定出22个组分.占总色谱峰面积的72.83%;经冷冻分离和重结晶纯化,得一无色针状结晶,通过四谱测定,确定其结构为α—羟基—乙酰藜芦酮.
In this paper,the volatile oil of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maximwas extracted by means of the device of steam distillation-solventextracti on made in our laboratory.22 constituents,constituting 72.80%of total chromtographic peak area,were identified by capilary gaschromatography-mass spectrometry.Acetoveratrone,a colourless crystal,was separated by refrigerating and recrystallizing and identified by MS,IR,~1HNMR and Element Analysis.
