摘要
目的 研究柳叶菜科植物柳兰 Chamaenerion angustifolium全草的化学成分。方法 采用 Diaion HP-2 0(Tsk)、Toyoperari HW-4 0 (C)、MCI gel CHP-2 0 P(Mitsubishi)柱层分离 ,经理化和波谱分析确定化学结构。结果从柳兰全草 70 %丙酮提取物中分得 3个黄酮苷、1个黄酮醇 :分别鉴定为金丝桃苷 (quercetin-3 -O-β-D-galactoside, )、扁蓄苷 (quercetin-3 -O-α-L -arabinoside, )、槲皮素 -3 -O-(6′-O-没食子酰基 ) -β-D-半乳糖苷〔quercetin-3 -O-(6′-O-galloyl) -β-D-galactoside, 〕、槲皮素 (quercetin, )。结论 化合物 、 、
