摘要
经特异免疫沉淀法和2.2,15细胞株的HBsAg、HBeAg的抑制实验,以阿糖腺苷为阳性对照,从104种中草药中优选出单味中药(912)对HBV-DNAP、HBsAg和HBeAg抑制率高达90%左右。912经大孔吸附树脂粗分成11个部位,其中B、G、H、14个部位经抗HBV及抗氧自由基实验证明为活性部位。经定性与定量分析,B、G、H、I中富含黄酮及多元酚类(鞣质)成分,鞯质含量与其抗HBV活性成正相关。
We have tested 60 kinds of traditional Chinese herbs used in Clinical
treatment of liver diseases,by in vitro HBV-DNAP inhibition test,We
have also screened 44 kinds of medicines by the methodsof detecting
the HBsAg and HBeAg recreted from the 2,2,15 cell line derived from
the Hep-G2 celltransfected with cloned HBV-DNA. Ara-A was used as
positive control drug. The one most activeChinese traditional drug
found is“912”,its inhibition rates of HBV-DNAP、HBsAg and HBeAg are
allover 90%. By means of DA201 and H103 Macroreticular resins,11
fractions were separated from 912,Four active fractions B、G、H、I
were obtained by screening for Anti-HBV and Free-radical
inhibition.By quatitative and quantitative analysis,fractions( B、G、
H、 I)Found rich in flavonoids and
polyphe-nol(tannins)constituents,Their activity on anti HBV were
relatlve to their quantitative content of tannins.
