摘要
目的 探讨单次电针预处理联合参附注射液对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤有无协同保护作用。方法 35只 SD大鼠采用颈内动脉尼龙线线栓法致大脑中动脉栓塞 (MCAO)模型 ,随机分为电针参附组在 MCAO前 2 h接受 30 min的电针预处理 ,并在 MCAO后即刻给予参附注射液 (1 0 ml/ kg,ip) ,同时设立电针组、参附组及空白对照组 ,观察再灌注后 2 4 h神经功能损害评分及脑梗死容积。结果 电针参附组、电针组及参附组再灌注 2 4 h神经功能损害评分明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ,脑梗死容积亦明显小于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,但此 3组之间无明显差异。结论 单次电针预处理及脑缺血后早期给予参附注射液均可明显减轻缺血再灌注损伤的程度 。
Objective To judge whether single electroacupuncture pre mana gement is synergic with Shenfu Injection in the prevention of focal cerebral isc hemia. Methods Thirty five SD rats modeled as MCAO by ligation of internal carotid artery were randomized into group A in which 30 minute ele ctroacupuncture was performed 2 hours prior to ligation and Shenfu injection(10 ml/kg, ip) was given immediately after MCAO, group B in which electroacupunctu re was performed, group C in which Shenfu injection was given and group D in whi ch no treatment was given. The scores for nerve function impairment and the area s of cerebral infarction were detected 24 hours reperfusion. Results The scores in groups A, B and C were lower than those in group D ( P <0. 05); the areas of cerebral infarction in the former three groups were smaller th an those in group D ( P <0.01),with no difference among these three groups. Conclusion Single electroacupuncture pre management and early administration of Shenfu inj ection can obviously relieve the injury resulting from ischemic reperfusion; the se two methods cannot be synergic with each other.
