摘要
应用细胞内微电极及离子选择性微电极(ISM)技术观察人参皂甙对内毒素性休克大白鼠肝跨膜电位及细胞内Na^+、K^+离子活度的影响,结果表明休克时肝跨膜电位振幅降低,细胞内Na^+活度升高及伴有K^+活度的下降;而人参皂甙能够防止休克时的肝跨膜电位的降低,纠正细胞内Na^+活度升高及K^+活度的下降。提示人参皂甙能够改善休克时膜对离子的运转功能。
The effect of ginsenosides on liver cell transmembrane potential andintracellular Na^+. K^+ activity was detected by means of intracellu-lar microelectrode and ion-selective electrode method in rats withendotoxin-induced shock, It was observed that during, shock the am-plitude of liver cell transmembrane potential and K^+ activity weredecreased, while Na^+ activity was increased. And, ginsenosides wasable to prevent decrease in amplitude of liver cell transmembranepotential and return Na^+. K^+ activity back to normal. It suggeststhat the ginsenosides may improve the ion transport function of thecell membrane during shock.
