电针对脑局部缺血再灌流损伤大鼠自由基的影响 被引量:42

摘要 利用可逆性脑缺血再灌流大鼠模型 ,通过生化及物理检测 ,观察电针对脑缺血再灌流损伤的治疗和保护作用。结果发现 ,在脑缺血并再灌流后 ,大鼠脑组织的 SOD活性下降而 MDA含量增加 ,证明再灌流导致缺血脑组织进一步受损 ;脑组织含水量也显著增加。而在缺血后期进行电针处理的大鼠 ,脑组织 SOD活性增高 ,MDA含量下降 ,脑水肿程度亦有一定的控制 ,提示针刺对脑组织的缺血及再灌流损伤具有明显的治疗作用和预置性保护作用。 The therapeutic and protective action of elec- troacupuncture on reperfusion injuries after cerebral is- chemia were observed with biochemical and physical de- tection in the rat of reperfusion after reversible cerebral ischemia.It was found that after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,in the brain tissue SOD activiy reduced and the MDA content increased,showing further injuries and obvious increase of water content of brain tissue were caused by reperfusion.However,The SOD activity increased,MAD content decreased,and cerebral edema was controled to a certain extent in the brain tissue in the rat receiving electroacupuncture at the late stage of cerebral ischemia.It is suggested that acupuncture has obvious therapeutic and protective action on ishemia of brain tissue and reperfusion injuries.
