棉花感染枯萎病后棉酚及PAL的变化 被引量:5

摘要 本文采用组织化学和高效液相色谱等方法,对棉花感染枯萎病后体内棉酚及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PA L.E.C.4.3.1.5)的变化进行了研究,试图探讨它们在棉花抗病生理中的作用。发现棉株感染枯萎病后,体内棉酚含量增加,PAL活性提高,并在品种间存在着显著差异,抗病品种比感病品种增加幅度较大。本文还通过棉酚对PAL粗提液的活性测定,发现棉酚浓度在2ppm~200ppm内.对PAL的活性具有显著的促进效应,提出棉酚在棉花体内不单是次生物质,它可能参与或影响着棉花的某些代谢过程,是值得进一步研究的领域。本文还提出了利用幼苗中棉酚和PAL活,胜的变化进行抗病性鉴定的可能性。 Study on the variations between gossypol and L-phenyla-lamine Anmonialyase in G. hirsutum L. infected by Fusarium wilt is conducted with the method of histochemistry and HPLC to explore their effects on disease resistant physiology in cotton. Results showed that gossypol in vivo increased and PAL activity improved in infected plants, with remarkable differences among varieties, the range of wilt-resistant variety is much greater than that of the wilt-susceptible. Gossypol concentration within 2ppm~200ppm gives a much stimulating effect to PAL by activity of raw liquid extracted from yong plants. Gossypol is not only a secondary sbustance, but also the possible participantes and affects on some metabolic processes in cotton.
