摘要
研究了低酚棉和有酚棉对烂铃病害发生与为害的差异,以及棉酚对若干棉花铃病病菌的抑制作用。结果表明,一定浓度的棉酚对疫病菌、红粉病菌及红腐病菌等铃病病菌有某种抑制作用,因而表现棉酚对铃病有一定程度的抗性。但在大田种植条件下,棉花本身的若干形态生育特性和田间生态条件比铃壳棉酚含量的因素影响铃病的发生及为害更甚。因此,提出从改进棉花某些形态和生育特征来提高抗铃病性能,也可考虑选育种子低酚、铃壳及植株高酚的抗烂铃品种。同时注意采取适当的栽培措施,改善棉田环境,以减轻铃病的发生。
The incidences of boll rot disease in glandless and glanded cotton have been compared and gomsypol effects on boll resistance to rot disease analysed.It is suggested that boll-rot-resistant varieties are bred relying mainly on selection of morphological and developmental characters rather than selection of gossypol level,and that attention should be paid at the sane time to adopting suitable cultural measures to improve the enviroment of cotton field for the purpose of decreasing the incidence of boll rot.
