摘要
在根腐毒素浸黄化苗根和离体苗试验中,感病品种PAL比活力显著高于对照,在一定范围内酶活性与毒素浓度成正相关,而抗病品种PAL比活力变化不大。在旗叶圆片试验中,感病品种处理后12h,PAL比活力明显低于对照,24h后回升,接近对照的水平;抗病品种PAL活性除个别场合外变化不大。在酶波中直接加毒素波几乎可以完全抑制感病品种PAL活性,对抗病品种PAL活性也有强烈抑制作用。认为在浸根试验中未直接接触毒素的叶组织中PAL活性变化的差异能反映品种的抗感差异,PAL活性的相对稳定性与小麦抗根腐病有关。
In the experiment of soaking etiolated wheat seedlings or seedling cultings with helminthosporal phytotoxin produced by root rot pathogen Bipolaris sorokiniana,PAL spe-cific activity of susceptible cvs.was significantly higher than those of the controls and there existed a positive correlation between the enzymatic activity and the toxin concentration while the PAL specific activity change of the resistant cvs. was not significantly observed。The PAL specific activity in the discs of the flag leaves of the resistant cvs.was remarkably lower than those of the controls after 12h's treatment but recovered to the level of the con-trols after 24h's treatment.Addition of the toxin into PAL extracts resulted in approximate-ly complete inhibition of the activity in a susceptible cv. and apparent loss in a resistant cv.. It was suggested that the difference in the changes of PAL activity of the leaf tissues in the test of root treatments with the toxin probably reflect the differences between resistant and susceptible cultivars and the relative stability of PAL activity be related to the root rot resis-tance in wheat。
