摘要
知识经济时代人们越来越重视人力资源对经济发展的战略意义。高等学校人力资源有其自身特征,这些特征决定了高校科研管理工作必须高度重视“人”的因素,确立科技管理人性化观念。
In the age of knowledge economy, increasing importance has been attached to the strategic significance of human resources to economic development. University human resources have their own characteristics, which determines the importance of 'human' factor in academic research management and the establishment of humanity ideas concerning research management.
