摘要
高校人力资源具有能动性等六大特征。劳动耗费之后 ,通过人力资本投资 ,可以实现自我补偿、自我更新、自我丰富 。
The talent resource of universities has six characteristics, one of which is its dynamic, active, and initiative characteristic. After exhaustion through labour and hard work, the talent resource of universities can be sustainably developed and utilized through investment of capital fund and by means of carrying out self compensation, self renewal, and self enrichment.
