摘要
随着以“知识”的快速传播、占有、使用、竞争为特征的知识经济时代的到来,对企业的人力资源管理提出了越来越高的要求与挑战。从知识经济时代人力资源管理的特点以及我国国有企业人力资源管理现状入手,对现阶段国企人力资源管理策略进行了探讨。
With the coming of the knowledge economy era characterized in the rapid spread, possession, use and competition of knowledge, the human resources management in enterprises faced with higher and higher demands and challenges . The paper, based on the characteristics of the human resources management in the knowledge economy era and the current status of human resources management in China, explores the strategy of human resources management in China's state-owned enterprises of the present period.
