摘要
目的 观察活髓切断术在青少年恒牙治疗中临床疗效。 方法 用 2 %利多卡因浸润或阻滞麻醉 ,用锐利挖器平根管口切断牙髓 ,拭干后用氢氧化钙糊剂覆盖根髓断面 ,硬固后 ,覆薄层氧化锌粘固粉 ,用磷酸锌粘固粉封洞。 结果 术后一年复查 10 6例 ,前牙冠折伴牙髓暴露 34例 ,成功 2 4例 ,失败 10例。后牙深龋穿髓 72例 ,成功 6 2例 ;失败 10例 ;结论 该法适用于青少年 ,效果肯定 ,消毒要求严格 。
Objective To observe the effect of pulpotomy in treatment of juvenile permanent teeth lesion.Methods dip 2% lidocaine or impede narcosis, use the acuity exonerative plane root slot cut endodontium,after drying overlay thin hydrochloride zinc and than using the zinc phosphate to mount. Results examination 106 cases after 1 year,the front corona pulp exposure 34 cases,successful 24 cases,unsuccessful 10 cases,retroposition teeth deeper dental pulp 72 cases.Successful 62 cases.Unsuccessful 10 cases.Conclusion the method is suitable for juvenile, the effect is certainty,disinfectant demand rigidity.
