摘要 本文采用国产纯磷酸三钙(Tricalcium Phosphate 简称 TCP),进行动物实验和牙髓内钙量及碱性磷酸酶的测定,旨在观察 TCP 对牙髓组织的生物相容性及其作用机理探讨。研究结果表明:纯 TCP具有良好的牙髓组织生物相容性。TCP 盖髓后12周,近穿髓孔处形成层状牙本质桥,并有小血管纵行其间。TCP 可使牙髓组织内钙量增高,激发碱性磷酸酶的活性,促进牙本质桥的形成。 In this paper,the animal experiment,detection of calcium content and basic phosphatasein pulp were performed with pure tricalcium phosphate(TCP)made in China.The aim of thestudy was to examine the biocompatibility of TCP to the pulp and to explore its mechanisms.3O teeth from three dogs were divided into three groups(2,4,12 weeks groups)for thepulp-capping research.Each group(a dog)had 10 teeth in which 4 teeth were treated withTCP as pulp-capping agent,4 with oalcium hydroxide and 2 as controls.The three dogswere respectively killed in 2,4,12 weeks to take histopathological examinations.The pulps have also been detected for calcium content with atom absorbance spectro-photometer and measured the activities of basic phosphatase with histochemical technique.The results showed that TCP had good biocompatibility with pulp.At 12 week afterpulp-capping with TCP sheet-like dentine bridge formed nearby the pulp-perforating pointsand there were small blood vessels passing through it.It is suggested that TCP can increase calcium in th pulp,activate the basic phosphataseand promote the dentine bridge formation.
