摘要
目的:从牙髓中酶学成分的变化探讨盖髓材料的效果。方法:用活体猫牙做直接盖髓,不同时期取材做酶的组织细胞化学研究。结果:不同材料对酶的影响不同,纤维粘连蛋白(Fibronectin,FN)与羟基磷灰石(Hydroxylapatite,HAP)复合材料对三种酶活性均有促进作用。结论:从酶学成分变化角度,FN加HAP复合盖髓材料是较理想的盖髓剂。
Aim: To study the effect of various capping agents on 3 enzymes. Methods: Cat teeth were used for direct pulp capping experiment. Enzyme histochemistry was observed. Results: Fibronectin compounded with hydro- xylapatite could promote the activity of all 3 enzymes. Conclusions: Fibronectin compounded with hydroxylapatite was a successful pulp capping agent.
