摘要
4 氨基安替比林与水杨醛通过室温固相反应合成N 亚水杨基 4 氨基安替比林 ,反应无溶剂 ,15min即可完成 ,产率达 95 % ,用元素分析 ,IR ,1HNMR ,X射线粉末衍射和X射线单晶衍射对产物进行了表征 .
N-Salicylidene-4-aminoantipyrine was synthesized by the solid phase reaction of 4-aminoantipyrine with salicylaldehyde at room temperature without solvent. The reaction was completed in 15 min in 95% yield. The product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, H-1 NMR, X-ray powder diffraction and X-ray single crystal diffraction.
