摘要
以NiCl2·6H2O与邻苯二甲酸为原料,通过室温固相反应制得了Ni(Ⅱ)-邻苯二甲酸配合物(Ni(C8H4O4)·4H2O),采用化学分析、IR、TG-DTA等手段对合成产物的组成、结构、热稳定性等进行了表征,并研究了该配合物的热致变色性能.结果表明,室温固相反应合成标题配合物的产率达85.6%,且以不同原料配比制成的配合物的组成相同,Ni(Ⅱ)与邻苯二甲酸的物质的量之比都是1∶1,配合物中邻苯二甲酸的羧基与Ni(Ⅱ)是以双齿桥式配位,在室温—200℃温度范围内,通过脱水和吸水,配合物显示了优良的可逆示温性能.
The Nickel Phthalate Complexes [Ni(C8H4O4)·4H2O] was synthesized by the room temperature solid state synthesis with the material of Nickel chloride(NiCl2·6H2O) and O-Phthalic acid(C8H6O4).Their composition,structure,and thermostability was characterized by the chemical analysis,IR,and TG-DTA,and the thermochromism of the compound was studied.The result showed that the producing rate which made the title complex by the room temperature solid state synthesis was 85.6%,and the product made from different ratio of materials was the same complex,the mole ratio of Nickel(Ⅱ) salt and O-Phthalic acid was 1∶1,the carboxyl group of phthalate acid and Ni(II) was bidentate ligand,and it showed its good reversible indicating temperature performance,through dehydration and absorbing water,at the condition range from room temperature to 200 ℃.
