摘要
在无溶剂和催化剂条件下 ,采用室温研磨、加热和微波辐射的方法 ,由芳香醛和硫代巴比妥酸经Knoevenagel固相缩合反应高效率地制备了 5 亚烃基硫代巴比妥酸 ,产物结构经1HNMR ,13 CNMR和IR确证 .
Arylmethylene thiobarbituric acids have been efficiently prepared by Knoevenagel condensation of aromatic aldehydes and thiobarbituric acid under the solid state conditions of grinding at room temperature, or heating, or microwave irradiation without organic solvent and catalyst. The products were identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR spectra.
