摘要
总结了一些典型的固态有机反应。由于固态反应的特性,多数固态有机反应表现出较溶液中更高的反应效率和更好的选择性,在某些情况下,利用光活性主体与反应物形成包结物,可实现对映选择性的不对称固态合成。
Some new solid state organic reactions have been reviewed in this paper. Most of the solid state organic reactions occur more efficiently and selectively than the corresponding solution reactions, probably because the solid state reactions proceed in very high concentration . In some cases, the solid state reactions proceed stereoselectively by means of the inclusion formation of reactants with optically active hosts.
