摘要
目的 :探讨潜阳降压胶囊的质控标准。方法 :用沉淀显色法鉴别方中钩藤碱及钙盐 ;用薄层色谱法鉴别白芍及玄参 ;用容量法测定钩藤碱的含量。结果 :方法简便 ,重现性好 ,质量可控。结论
Objective:To evaluate quality control standard of Qianyangjiangya Capsule.Methods:Using the methods of precipitation showing color diffrerentiate rhynehophylline and calcium salt;Using the methods of TLC differentiate Radix Scrophulariae; Using the volumetric methods of analysis the content determination of rhynchophylline.Results:The method is simple, the reapearance is good, the quality can be controled.Conclusion:It can be the reference basis of Qianyang Jiangya Capsule to be worked out.
