摘要
目的为制定小儿七星茶口服液的定量标准提供参考。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定有效成分钩藤碱和甘草苷的含量。结果钩藤碱在0.0258-0.258μg范围内有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程:y=1486205x-3621,r^2=0.9999;精密度、重复性、稳定性、回收率的RSD分别为0.12%、2.5%、1.5%、2.4%,样品平均含量达1.405 mg.L^-1。甘草苷在1.346-4.093μg范围内有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程:y=3E+7x-37274,r^2=0.999;精密度、重复性、稳定性、回收率的RSD分别为2.63%、4.02%、2.71%、0.55%,样品平均含量达129.28 mg.L^-1。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定钩藤碱和甘草苷的含量可以作为小儿七星茶口服液的定量标准。
Aim To develop xiao′erqixingcha oral liquid quantitative standards for reference.Methods Determination of effective components rhynchophylline and liquiritin by HPLC.Results Rhynchophylline had a good linear relationship at 0.0258 - 0.258 μg the linear regression equation:y=1486205x-3621,r^2=0.9999;for precision,reproducibility,stability recovery,the RSD were 0.12%,2.5%,1.5%,2.4% respectively,the average content of samples was 1.405 mg·L^-1.Liquiritin had a good linear relationship in 1.34~4.093 μg the linear regression equation :y = 3E + 7x - 37274, r^2 = 0. 999 ; for precision, reproducibility, stability, recovery, RSD were 2.63 % ,4.02% ,2.71% ,0.55%, respectively the average content of samples was 129.28 mg · L^-1 Conclusion Determination of effective components rhynchophylline and Liquiritin by HPLC can be used as xiaoo qixingcha oral liquid quantitative standards.
